Coronavirus (COVID-19) Measures

Our sales offices, production plant, installation teams and deliveries are all still operating, but with additional precautions in place.

In line with government advice, our sales counters are now closed to the public and we have moved to remote sales only. Orders can still be placed by email and we are always happy to provide expert advice and assistance over the phone.

When your order is complete, we will contact you to confirm when you can collect. Just give us a call on arrival and we will place your order in a safe and convenient location for you to load into your vehicle.

If you have requested delivery this can still go ahead. To help protect our valued customers and delivery drivers we are minimising contact, and avoiding entering into people’s properties wherever possible, so please have somebody available to take the glass from our vehicle into your home or workplace. Our drivers will be wearing appropriate PPE and be on hand to offer advice and assistance if required and safe to do so.

Our surveyors and installation teams are also still operating. If you have an appointment, they will carry out a risk assessment and be in touch to advise on any additional precautions that may be necessary for us to safely work in your home.

This unprecedented period is proving to be a very trying and difficult time for all of us, but it will not last forever, better times are in sight, and Lee Glass & Glazing will continue to do all that we can to provide the best possible service to our customers.
