At Lee Glass and Glazing, our two Nottingham-based branches specialise in different parts of the glass process, from installation and glazing requests through to manufacturing the glass. Take a look below to find out more about what takes place at these branches and how our process works, so you know where to call with your enquiry.
Our Bulwell branch is home to our purpose-built warehouse where all of our processed glass is manufactured, meaning that glass collection is typically quicker here as it is where everything is made. As such, we advise commercial customers to contact our Bulwell branch directly to ensure a quick turnaround for their application.
The Sherwood branch is the main contact for all installation, surveying or glazing requests. You should call the Sherwood factory if you:
- are looking to arrange a site survey/free quote
- require a cost for supply and fit
- need to book in an installation date
Our Sherwood branch is also a place where customers can drop in and have simple glazing jobs cut whilst they wait, or order the glass they require, such as greenhouse glass, picture frame glass or pieces of 4mm/6mm float.
Ultimately, as all glass products can be collected from either branch, customers can contact the location which is most convenient for them. It’s worth noting that lead times will be slightly longer from Sherwood, as all processed glass is manufactured at Bulwell and then delivered over to Sherwood when it is ready.
